Terms of service
1. Booking and Class Registration
- All classes must be booked in advance through the SPIN UP website, app, or in-person at the studio.
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time to avoid losing the session credit or incurring a cancellation fee.
- Clients on waitlists will be notified of an available spot via email or SMS. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm their spot promptly.
2. Payment and Packages
- Payment for classes and packages must be made in full at the time of booking.
- We offer single-session and multi-session packages. Each package starts on the purchase date and has a specific expiration period, which we will communicate to clients at the time of purchase.
- All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Late Arrival and Class Participation
- We kindly ask that all clients arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class to ensure adequate time for setup and preparation. First-time riders are required to arrive 20 minutes early for a brief orientation.
- For the safety and comfort of all participants, late arrivals will not be allowed entry after the first 5 minutes of the class.
4. Studio Etiquette
- Proper cycling attire is expected. SPIN UP will provide towels, water, and cycling shoes for all participants.
- Clients are welcome to bring their own cycling shoes with SPD cleats if they prefer.
- We ask that all devices be silenced during class, and the use of phones or other devices is not permitted while riding.
- Food and beverages are not permitted inside the spinning studio.
- Please respect the instructor and fellow riders by maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere.
5. Health and Safety
- By attending a SPIN UP class, clients confirm they are in good health and able to participate in rigorous physical activity.
- Clients with any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries are requested to inform the instructor before class begins.
- SPIN UP reserves the right to refuse participation if the instructor believes a client may be at risk of injury.
6. Cancellation of Classes
- SPIN UP reserves the right to cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances or if minimum attendance is not met. In such cases, clients will be notified in advance, and a class credit or refund will be provided.
7. Personal Property
- SPIN UP is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings while on studio premises. Lockers are available for use, but clients are encouraged to avoid bringing valuables.
8. Hygiene Protocols
- SPIN UP adheres to local health and safety guidelines. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned after each class, and high-touch areas are regularly sanitized.
- Clients experiencing any symptoms of illness are requested to reschedule their session for the safety of others.
9. Age and Minimum Requirements
- Clients must be at least 16 years old to participate in our classes. Riders under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
