What should I bring to class?

All you need to bring is your positive energy and motivation! SPIN UP provides towels, water, and cycling shoes for every rider. If you prefer, feel free to bring your own SPD cleat cycling shoes.

How do I book a class?

Booking a class at SPIN UP is easy! You can reserve your spot directly through our Apple or Android mobile apps. If you prefer, you can also email or message us on WhatsApp, and we’ll be happy to assist you with your booking!

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my class?

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours before your class to avoid a deduction from your credit.

Do I need to be experienced to join a class?

Not at all! SPIN UP offers classes for all fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, our expert instructors will guide you through a fun and challenging ride.

Can I join a class if I’m pregnant or have injuries?

If you are pregnant or have an injury, we recommend consulting with your doctor before attending class. Our instructors can also discuss modifications to help accommodate any special needs, but it’s always best to get medical advice first.

Is there a membership or sign-up commitment?

SPIN UP does not require a membership. We offer flexible class packages with expiration periods. You can book a class whenever it fits your schedule!

Are there any age restrictions for classes?

Our classes are designed for adults. Riders must be at least 16 years old to participate in regular classes.
